Customer reviewsIt's attractive, and the size is perfect for my needs.
Banana for scale. It's roughly 10 bananas long, by 5 bananas wide, and it's maybe 2.5 bananas tall. This in not a large banana, I'd call it rather average in fact. The sofa is firm. Think, mostly green banana. That said it's not uncomfortable. If you're a very tall, or heavy person, I'd think this might be on the small side, it's fairly low to the ground. The back is very simple to lower, just sort of clicks up and down, it's very light. I don't know how comfortable it would be to sleep on full time, but it looks good, and for the occasional person sleeping over, it's better than waking up on a deflated air mattress. Maybe. Definitely, if you wanted to discourage sleeping over, offer this as a place to sleep excitedly... It'll send the message. I'm sitting on it while I write this review, and the more I sit here, the more it reminds me of the very back seat of the family conversion van we had as kids, but firmer. It had the TV in there with a VCR, and every time my mom would pull through a drive through, she'd break the TV boomerang antenna off the top. Classic. The arm rests, I'm just gonna say it, they're useless as arm rests. Unless the length of your arm from shoulder to elbow is at least like, 3 bananas... you're not resting your arm on it. That said, they may work as pillows. Let's see. Yes, quite nice. If you lay on it as a couch, and use the arm rest as a pillow, it's very reminiscent of a therapist couch from the movies, because in real life, every therapist I've been to just has chairs or a regular couch. If you lay on it as a futon, well... You know what, don't lay on it as a futon, the middle, where the back and the seat meet, you'll want to instinctively lay there, and it's the least comfortable spot on it. Pretend it's a sofa. If you have any questions about it, ask on the item, and seeing as I'm the first purchase, I'll try to answer.
